Biography

Sebulon David is an engineer with more than 10 years of experience in various fields in the computing sector and wireless technology. His core expertise surrounds digitizing processes to support cultural and education systems. Sebulon is the founder and chief executive officer of Glowdom, an education technology company that assists in early childhood development and adult education for underserved communities in Namibia. He holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Namibia. After completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2015, Sebulon launched Camp Excel, a program that equips young people with technical skills and the confidence to develop, promote, and sell locally relevant apps. The initiative aims to create job opportunities while enabling beneficiaries to address personal challenges and local issues. As Glowdom’s Facebook page declares, “Teach a man to code and he will never stop asking you questions … ever.”
